In order to build the technical competency of input dealers in agriculture and to facilitate them to serve the farmers better. MANAGE has launched the diploma programme. It was started in 2003. Now it is implemented through SAMETIs of all the States of the country.

The course fee is Rs.20000/ dealer. The Department of  Agriculture and  co-operation and Farmers welfare (DAC& FW), GOI, subsidize the course fee to the extent of 10000 / dealer. 

However , where Agribusiness companies are involved, the company will contribute Rs.10000/ and the balance Rs.10000/ will be contributed equally by DAC & FW and input dealer @5000 each.
